Our team of exercise physiologists provide cutting edge physiological assessments and mobile exercise physiology services. With access to research level equipment we can promise to provide the highest quality assessment and comprehensive results. Our goal is to be able to provide accessible healthcare without the excessive waiting times that is often found with public healthcare.
But what is an ACCredited exercise physiologist (AEP)?
AEPs are university qualified allied health professionals. AEPs are equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Pathology domains covered by the services of AEPs include cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary and mental health, and any other conditions for which there is evidence that exercise can improve the client’s clinical status. (ESSA, 2019)
All services we provide are claimable as exercise physiology.
We accept all major health funds through HICAPS GO for mobile exercise physiology and through our HICAPS terminal for our lab assessments. We accept insurance claims, NDIS and GP management plans/EPC for chronic disease management. For more information about GP management plans for exercise physiology click the button below.
DVA Health Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
